About the Role

The ideal candidate has experience with a number of email marketing software, including ActiveCampaign, and a good understanding of email marketing software functions and capabilities and best practices. 

Top Class Actions’ Newsletter Producer will be at the center of all newsletter production and responsible for collecting all necessary information, inputting said information and copy into our email marketing software, and then testing and scheduling all of our B2B and B2C newsletters each week.

We’re after a super organized team player who can manage numerous production requests a week.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate with the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist and team on daily output and newsletter operations

  • Input content into our email marketing software, format newsletters, test all newsletters, and schedule newsletters for delivery

  • Work with the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist to ensure all newsletters are produced in accordance with current email marketing best practices

  • Monitor and provide email newsletter performance metrics and data to the Engagement and Audience Retention Specialist as needed

  • Remain flexible to adjust, test, and change course as needed in the development of all Top Class Actions B2B and B2C newsletters and supplemental emails

  • Suggest improvements to the production workflow process, which includes flowing newsletter content into our email marketing tool, updating templates, testing, and publishing newsletters

  • Troubleshoot CRM and production issues

Location: This role is 100% remote, Monday through Friday, with flexible daily hours.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience producing newsletters, agency experience preferred but not required 

  • A portfolio demonstrating your ability to create impactful newsletters tailored to the target audience

  • Detail-oriented project management and time management skills with the ability to multitask

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter approach to newsletter development and experience coordinating with appropriate stakeholders

  • Familiarity with working in an email solution platform (ESP) or other similar content promotion tool

  • Positive and collaborative interpersonal skills

  • Experience working in ActiveCampaign is a PLUS

  • Newsletter design experience is a PLUS

  • Email marketing strategy experience is a PLUS
